Executive Director
Alicia works closely with the board and staff in order to meet our Mission and Vision. She transitioned to the Executive Director position in August 2020, she joined WDHS in 2016.
DAVID KARPICK
Employment Services Director
David oversees our Employment programs, supporting clients as they work and expanding partnerships for the program. He started at Willis Dady in August 2024.
STEVEN LOVEJOY
Facilities & Operations Director
Steven oversees the mainteance and operations of our Emergency Shelter, Willis Dady Works, and housing properties. He started with Willis Dady in March 2024.
AARON AMUNDSON
Development Director
Aaron supervises our Development team and supportsWillis Dady Programs through public relations, and donor development. He joined Willis Dady in April of 2022.
DENINE RUSHING
Shelter Services Director
Denine oversees all aspects of Willis Dady's Emergency Shelter and Overflow Shelter, including Resident Assistants. She has been at Willis Dady since June 2006.
LAUREN WHITE
Housing Programs Director
Lauren manages our long-term and short-term housing programs, as well as our shelter-based Veteran Program. She joined the team in December 2020.

Veteran Programs Manager
Shannon will work with veterans experiencing literal homelessness move to stable housing. Shannon started at Willis Dady in January 2020.

Veteran Housing Case Manager
Millie works with Veterans experiencing housing insecurity across eastern Iowa to maintain their housing. Millie began at Willis Dady in Oct. 2023
MARIN NOSKA
Employment Case Manager
Marin works with clients experiencing literal homelessness to gain stable employment opportunities. She joined the team in September 2021.
MAXINE PRIME
Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager
Maxine supports clients moving into Willis Dady's PSH program as they gain and maintain new housing. She began at Willis Dady in April of 2022.
JESSICA THOMAS
Housing Case Manager
Jessica works in our Rapid Rehousing program to help households experiencing homelessness gain new housing. She began working at Willis Dady in August 2024.
KELLY LEWIS
Veteran Housing Case Manager
Kelly works with Veterans experiencing housing insecurity across eastern Iowa to maintain their housing. Kelly started at Willis Dady in April 2024.
CRYSTAL CARTER
Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager
Crystal supports clients moving into Willis Dady's PSH program as they gain and maintain new housing. She began at Willis Dady in June 2019.
ANGELA CHIRINOS
Street Outreach Case Manager
Angela provides case management support to individuals moving from literal homelessness to self-sufficiency through support and advocacy. She began working at Willis Dady in 2023.
VALERIE LAMMERS
Housing Case Manager
Valerie works in our Homeless Prevention program to help those facing evictions remain stably housed. She began working at Willis Dady in Oct. 2023.

FAITH WALKER
Shelter Manager
Faith oversees Willis Dady's Emergency Shelter, including policies, procedures and client support. She joined Willis Dady in June 2020.
KATIE BECKER
Shelter Case Manager
Katie supports clients staying in our family and women's units at the Emergency Shelter. She began with Willis Dady in 2021.
YOLISA LEWIS
Shelter Case Manager
Yolisa supports the clients staying in the single men's wing of our Emergency Shelter. She began with Willis Dady in 2024.
GEORGE WILLIAMS
Maintenance & Custodial Technician
George provides routine maintenance and cleaning support to our facilities, including our Emergency Shelter. George started at Willis Dady in 2024.
RESIDENT ASSISTANTS
Resident Assistants provide direct support to clients at our Emergency Shelter assisting each individual in moving from shelter to stability. Our part-time staff are critical to our Emergency Shelter's operation.

Sierra works to expand Willis Dady's reach and engagement in our community through volunteerism, communications, and events. She began working with Willis Dady in June 2020.

Development Coordinator
Emma works to bring awareness of Willis Dady's programs through social media, events, and donor relations. She joined our Willis Dady team in June 2023.

Cindy supports the operations of Willis Dady as our Office Manager. Cindy started working with Willis Dady in April of 2022.
