Executive Director

Alicia works closely with the board and staff in order to meet our Mission and Vision. She transitioned to the Executive Director position in August 2020, she joined WDHS in 2016.

DAVID KARPICK

Employment Services Director 

David oversees our Employment programs, supporting clients as they work and expanding partnerships for the program. He started at Willis Dady in August 2024.

Facilities & Operations Director

Steven oversees the mainteance and operations of our Emergency Shelter, Willis Dady Works, and housing properties. He started with Willis Dady in March 2024.

Development Director

Aaron supervises our Development team and supportsWillis Dady Programs through public relations, and donor development. He joined Willis Dady in April of 2022.

DENINE RUSHING

Shelter Services Director

Denine oversees all aspects of Willis Dady's Emergency Shelter and Overflow Shelter, including Resident Assistants. She has been at Willis Dady since June 2006.

Lauren manages our long-term and short-term housing programs, as well as our shelter-based Veteran Program. She joined the team in December 2020.
